Well done to our Queenslanders at the NZ Nationals this weekend.
It was great to see so many participating across the grades, but extra special to have the Brisbane Boys’ College Old Collegians Pipe Band lead the way in Grade 4A, winning the drumming title! Fabulous to see after all their hard work.
Special mention to Darin Cook, Jim Allan, Matt Rigby, and Jason Palfrey being part of the Grade 1 winning Canterbury Caledonian Society Pipe Band.
All bodes well for our Queensland branch having this experience come back into our season.
Congratulations also to Hawthorn Pipe Band winning G2 and Scotch College winning 4A.
