Pipe Bands Australia advises that renewal information for the 2026 – 2026 membership period will be circulated in the coming days. This information will be passed to bands and members from the contact information held on file.
Bands and individual members should be aware that this process is managed by email meaning if the Association does not hold a current email address for either a band or an individual member they will not receive renewal documents. Further to this, only bands who have been registered with the Association for the past 12 months will be invited to renew. Bands/ members who are not in this position should contact the National Registrar directly (registrar@pipebandsaustralia.com.au).
Members are advised that, as approved by the National Management Committee, the cost of individual/ band player membership as well as clearance certificates has increased from $30.00 to $35.00. This adjustment ensures the continued delivery of essential services, administrative support, and national initiatives that benefit all members.
All members and bands are reminded to carefully review the information provided and to ensure that all details — including contact information, player registrations, and roles — are accurate and current. Prompt correction of any discrepancies will assist in maintaining the integrity of the National register.
