Pipe Bands Victoria is thrilled to be returning to the Melbourne Highland Games and Celtic Festival in 2024.

This year, the Games, being held on 24th March 2024, will play host to the Victorian Pipe Band Championships, the culmination contest in the Victorian pipe band calendar.

Previously known as the Ringwood Highland Games, the Melbourne Highland Games and Celtic Festival was re-launched in 2021 and has gone from strength to strength over the past few years. In 2023, the Games welcomed nearly 4,500 people to the event. 2024 promises to be even bigger!

In 2024, Pipe bands Victoria hopes to welcome 30 or more competing pipe bands. The Games are just three weeks before the 2024 Australian Pipe Band Championships in Maryborough, Victoria. What better way to get those drones and drums perfectly tuned to Victorian conditions?
