Pipes Band Victoria (PBV), in partnership with the Maryborough Highland Society, is thrilled to announce that the 2024 Australian Pipe Band Championships are returning to the regional Victorian town of Maryborough.
In 1961, Maryborough played host to the very first Australian Championships and had been looking forward to welcoming them back in 2020. Sadly, the COVID-19 pandemic demanded that the 2020 Championships were cancelled. It is therefore with extra excitement that the Championships will return to this beautiful Victorian town in 2024.
All grades of pipe bands from across Australia, New Zealand and further afield are welcome.
