Pipe Bands WA funded a scholarship for piper Keith Allan to attend the APBA summer school in Sydney for one week in January. (That’s Keith in the red shirt, front row.) The school was an incredible opportunity to study with tutors from around the world, including Richard Parkes, Pipe Major of the current Grade 1 world champion band, Field Marshall Montgomery.
