Pipe Bands Australia is pleased to announce a restructure of its examination fees, aimed at creating consistency across all states and territories.
Effective immediately, examination fees will be standardised nationwide as follows:
- Preliminary: $10
- Elementary: $20
- Sub Intermediate (new level introduced): $30
- Intermediate: $40
- Advanced: $50
To reflect the benefits of membership, a $35 surcharge will apply to candidates who are not current members of Pipe Bands Australia.
These changes ensure a fair and transparent fee structure for all participants, while also supporting the ongoing development of a high-quality national syllabus.
In addition, we’re making it easier than ever to participate in examinations by launching online enrolment.
Interested parties can complete and pay for their enrolment via pipebandsaustralia.com.au/college, streamlining the process and improving access for candidates across the country.
Online enrolments are now available for the Piping and Drumming examinations with Drill & Dress, Rules & Administration and Ensemble & Adjudication coming soon.
