You can appoint or change delegates for the meeting by email. \nAgenda \n\n Attendance & Apologies;\n Proxy votes (form attached);\n Minutes of 2024 Annual General Meeting (attached);\n Correspondence relating to the Annual General Meeting;\n Annual Report(s) and business arising;\n Annual Statement of Accounts for the year ending 30 June 2025 and business arising;\n Election of Officers for 2025; and\n Any other business relevant to the Annual General Meeting as permitted by the Chairman.\n\n\nVoting for the host city\, venue and date (if available) for the 2028 Australian Pipe Band Championships\n\nPositions to be filled are as follows: \n\n Chairman\n 2 Vice-Chairmen\n Secretary (note – the current Secretary will not be accepting renewed nomination for the role so we are seeking a new secretary)\n Treasurer\n Education Officer\n Publicity Officer\n Historian\n 2 Queensland Delegates for National Council\n\nThe nomination forms and previous meeting minutes can be found in the Resources tab of the website. Any nominations will need to be returned to the secretary by 16 November 2025. \nProxies must be returned to the Secretary 48 hours prior to the meeting\, and the proxy form is also attached. All members wishing to vote\, nominate or be nominated for a position are reminded to ensure their membership with Pipe Bands Australia is fully financial prior to the relevant cut-off date (14 days for nominations\, 48 hours for proxies). \nApologies\, nominations\, proxy votes or enquiries should be emailed to: qld@pipebandsaustralia.com.au
